If you have already been accredited and your name or organization appears on the Register of Accredited Observers (PDF file), you do not need to re-apply for accreditation to IAC meetings (Scientific Committee, Consultative Committee or Conferences of the Parties); however, you must inform us of your intent to participate in an upcoming meeting by the deadline set by the Secretariat and host country, by sending the Participation form (Word file) to the Secretariat.

For extraordinary meetings of the Conference of the Parties, only observers accredited for the previous Conference may participate, as specified in Rule 11.7 of Resolution COP1/2003/R-4 “Rules of Procedure for Meetings of the Parties” (PDF File)
